Constructed from 0.7mm mild steel, lockers feature a pop-riveted carcass and MIG weld construction, ensuring durability. The 1.5mm hinge rail adds strength and stability, while the light grey powder-coated shelf complements the design.
In the single-tier option, you'll find a convenient top shelf and coat hook, while the two-tier version offers a coat hook in each compartment. Soft close hinges enhance usability, and the pre-drilled carcass allows for easy nesting of lockers to create a seamless locker run or bank.
Lockers come equipped with standard master cam locks, boasting 2,000 differs for added security.
Locker Door Construction:
The doors are securely attached to the carcass using zinc-plated 40mm butt hinges, ensuring long-lasting performance and peace of mind.
Paint finish
A three-stage pre-treatment and phosphate coating are applied to the body of the locker.
The carcass is powder-coated with one coat of epoxy polyester full gloss powder, stoved at 180 deg, including germ guard anti-bacterial compound. The carcass is powder-coated – light grey.
