Detailed description

Boltless shelving, easy assembly


Toprax is a high quality, fully adjustable bolt-free shelving system, requiring no special fixings. Supplied with full instructions for self-assembly, build is quick and easy. For ultimately flexibility, all shelves are fully adjustable on 50mm centres, and bays can be extended as required to cater for fluctuating stock and change in products. 

Toprax can incorporate Topstore bins and are capable of being fitted with accessories to make the system suitable for garment hanging. The bays can be clad on the sides and rear with mesh or steel panels to make this one of the most flexible systems available.

All uprights are finished with epoxy powder coated blue, beams and ties are epoxy powder coated with a silver/grey finish and shelves are galvanised as standard for a clean look. 

Clean, fully tooled components ensure there are no sharp edges to safeguard your workforce and goods from damage. Unique in design, Toprax allows clear, unlimited entry, as there are no cross braces or gussets to restrict the loading of shelves or the selection of products.

Please note floor fixing is required where shelving bays exceed a height to depth ratio of 4:1 for safety reasons.

Our product advice

Unsure which product is best suited to your warehouse needs? Shop 'starter' bays (also known as 'initial' bays), to get you started on storage and handling. As your operation grows, you may then want to add to your storage solution by purchasing 'extension' bays which can be securely fixed to your starter bays to double the amount of space required. 

 

This Toprax range also includes options with storage bins or large clear containers depending on your needs. Shop products TR2410SITC4B and TR2410SETC4B for starter and extension bays with blue TC4 shelf bins included. These are great options for small parts picking. With open front tops, the TC4 bins maximise picking efficiency, as small items can be easily identified thanks to the open, easy access. All bins are supplied with I.D. labels for organisation too. 

 

Shop products TR3355SIPC and TR3355SEPC for starter and extension bays supplied with x15 24 Ltr. clear containers secured with lids. - Ideal for larger items that need to be clearly identified, and storage away without the need for frequent access.
