With its uncompromising flexibility, speed and quality The Airwave 2 Void Fill Pillow System is the latest development in the AirWave range. Dispensing both cushions and quilts from the same machine the ergonomic Airwave can supply void fill for up to four workstations. With an advanced pillow feed mechanism the powerful performance of the Airwave can produce 22 metres of film per minute. Can be easily integrated to an existing packing station. Power saving mode and lock function. CS and RoHS approved. The Airwave 2 Void Fill Pillow System works with 5 different styles of pillow films. Choose from 100mm, 150mm or 200mm single chambers or 4 or 8 chambers across the roll. Or why not try our biocompostable film made from potato peelings?

Warranty: All machines have a 12 month “return to base” warranty, which includes a 3 day grace period. Contact our experts to upgrade to a 12 month “on site” parts and labour warranty for £320.

3 Day Grace Period: Upon receipt of goods, we recommend customers check the machines for any faults or damages – if found, contact RAJA to organise an immediate return and collection of the faulty machine.

Return to base: If an issue is spotted after the 3 day grace period, customers must return the faulty machine to our service centre, where it will be fixed and returned within 5-7 working days.
