Introducing the Ranpak® PadPak® Guardian™, a compact, high-speed, and easy-to-operate paper void fill converter. This protective packaging solution is designed to fit seamlessly into any packing station. Ideal for cushioning a wide range of items from delicate ceramics to heavy electrical motors, the Guardian machine offers versatility with its adjustable pad width, ranging from 160mm to 185mm. The paper pads can be used to protect corners or edges and can even be coiled for additional cushioning.

With a production speed of up to 1.2 metres per second and three adjustable speed settings, the Guardian optimises packing efficiency. It also features an integrated cutter for precise pad lengths. The machine is user-friendly, with a 60% reduction in paper loading time, allowing for a quick 20-30 second reload. Additional features include a convenient jam-fix button, a 7” detachable touchscreen that can be adjusted for flexible viewing angles and a foot pedal for hands-free operation.

This void fill machine uses specialised Ranpak® PadPak® Guardian System™ paper, specifically designed to work seamlessly with the machine, providing superior cushioning and protection for your products.

Despite its power, the Guardian has a small footprint, making it perfect for tight spaces. It is easily portable, and the height can be quickly adjusted for different operators. The weight of the machine depends on its setup: it weighs 93kg in the floor-standing configuration for standalone use and 89kg when using a table stand for use next to a worktable/bench.
