Detailed description

Improve your unboxing experience

Geami WrapPak® System Paper is a sustainable and innovative packaging solution designed for use with the Geami WrapPak® System. This packaging paper provides a natural and organic in-the-box presentation, enhancing the unboxing experience for customers while ensuring top-notch protection for your products. As an environmentally responsible and cost-effective alternative to traditional foam and bubble wrap, Geami WrapPak® System Paper is 100% recyclable and biodegradable, aligning with environmentally conscious business practices. This is the perfect addition to our range of eco-responsible packaging.

The Geami WrapPak® System Paper features a unique combination of Kraft paper and tissue interleaf paper. When processed through the Geami WrapPak converter, the Kraft paper expands into a 3D honeycomb structure. This innovative design locks the angled cells together, securely wrapping items without the need for tape or glue. This honeycomb structure not only provides excellent protection but also creates a visually appealing, organic look that enhances the overall customer experience.

Ideal for a wide range of products, the expandable 3D honeycomb structure and tissue interleaf make this packaging paper suitable for industries such as cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, ceramics, homewares, and food. It is also perfect for gift wrapping, offering both aesthetic appeal and functional protection. The tissue paper layer adds an extra level of defence against scratches, ensuring that delicate items arrive in pristine condition.

Available in black, brown and white, the Kraft paper comes in widths of 510 mm and lengths of 250 m. Once processed through the converter, the Kraft paper expands to 1.68 times its original size, maximising its usage and efficiency. The interleaf tissue paper, measuring 300 mm in width and 840 m in length, is designed to be used in conjunction with the Kraft paper, providing comprehensive protection for your products.

It is important to note the distinction between Geami WrapPak® System Paper and Ranpak® Geami Wrap’n Go™ Wrapping Paper Rolls. The Geami WrapPak® System Paper is specifically designed for use with the Geami WrapPak® System, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. When ordering, be aware of the minimum quantities required: two rolls of Kraft paper and one roll of interleaf tissue paper.

How to use the Geami WrapPak® System Paper:

  • Load the Kraft paper: Place the Kraft paper roll into the designated slot on the Geami WrapPak® converter. Ensure the paper feeds correctly into the machine, following the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Load the interleaf tissue: Insert the roll of interleaf tissue paper into its respective slot on the converter. This paper will be layered with the Kraft paper during the conversion process, providing an additional layer of protection.
  • Start the converter: Turn on the Geami WrapPak® converter and begin the conversion process. The machine will expand the Kraft paper into a 3D honeycomb structure, while simultaneously integrating the interleaf tissue paper. This creates a unique and protective wrapping material.
  • Wrap your items: Take the processed paper from the output end of the converter. Place your item on the paper and start wrapping. The 3D honeycomb structure will lock the angled cells together, securing the item without the need for tape or glue.
  • Ensure proper coverage: Wrap the item completely, ensuring that all sides are covered and protected by the honeycomb paper and interleaf tissue. Adjust as necessary to make sure the item is securely wrapped and cushioned.
  • Pack the wrapped item: Place the wrapped item into the shipping box. The honeycomb paper will provide excellent cushioning and void fill, preventing movement and protecting the item during transit.
