There is a water chamber for automatic moistening. The dispenser works by moistening the tape over a roller.

This is a cost effective solution for low volume shippers or for those who want to be ecologically aware. This manual gummed tape dispenser accepts water activated gummed paper roll widths up to 80 mm.
