FAQS on Promotion Codes and Free Gifts

The promo code box can be found on the ‘My basket’ page. Before you checkout, you can enter your promo or free gift code in the ‘Add promotion code’ box and click on the > button. Once applied, you can proceed to checkout.

Make sure the promo code is in date (any start or expiry date will be shown on your email). Make sure the code matches exactly, codes are cAsE sensitive, make sure there is no space at the end or beginning of the promo code, and include any hyphens (-) where shown. If your promo code is still not applying, please call us on 0800 542 44 28 or email on sales@rajapack.co.uk.

If you have qualified for a free gift and have not received it with your order, please contact our Customer Services Team by calling 0800 630 03 52 or emailing customerservices@rajapack.co.uk and a member of the team will investigate.
