Tough durable protection

Our heavy duty bubble postal bags are manufactured from extra strong 110gsm paper and a tear and puncture resistant 65 micron bubble-lining giving added strength and protection against shocks for your products whilst in transit or in the post. The sides have welded seams to prevent bursting.

These bubble envelopes with a tough paper finish have a smooth surface to write on and labels adhere easily. Because of the high slip polythene additive in the bubble layer products are inserted more quickly. These bubble envelopes are suitable awkward or heavier items. Fix with the peel and seal adhesive strip.

Size and shape options These heavy duty bubble mailers start at 150x215mm and go up to 520x660mm (internal opening x height). There are 9 sizes available.
