How to use single-wall flat boxes:

Once you've selected the right size flat box, take the flat-packed box and unfold it. Make sure all creases and folds are aligned to ensure easy assembly.
Fold the bottom flaps inward, starting with the shorter flaps and then folding the longer flaps over them. Secure the bottom of the box by applying strong packaging tape along the centre seam where the flaps meet.
Carefully place your product inside the assembled box. Ensure that it fits and doesn’t move around too much. If there’s any extra space, consider using void fill, like crumpled paper or bubble wrap, to keep the product secure during transit.
If you’re using a multi-depth box, you can adjust the height to better fit your product. Locate the pre-scored lines inside the box, and gently fold down to the desired depth.
Once your product is securely placed inside, fold the top flaps inward in the same manner as you did with the bottom flaps. Apply tape along the centre seam and along the edges for added security.
After sealing the box, attach any necessary shipping labels or handling instructions. Your box is ready for shipping.
