How to use the large double-wall cardboard boxes:

  • Take the flat-packed cardboard box out of its packaging. Gently unfold it, allowing the box to take shape.
  • Form the base by folding down the smaller flaps on the bottom of the box, followed by the larger flaps, creating a stable foundation
  • Seal the base of the box using strong packing tape.
  • If you have a multi-depth box, adjust the height by folding along the pre-scored lines to match the height of your items.
  • Before placing items in the box, wrap delicate or fragile items in protective packing materials like bubble wrap or foam.
  • Place your items inside the box, ensuring they are snug and secure. If there is any remaining space, fill it with additional protective materials.
  • Once your items are packed, fold down the top flaps of the box. Start by folding the smaller flaps, then the larger flaps over them. Use strong packing tape to securely seal the top of the box.
