How to use double-wall cardboard boxes between 400-450mm:

Remove the flat-packed box from its packaging. Carefully unfold it by pulling the sides apart, allowing the box to take its natural shape.
Turn the box so that the flaps are facing upwards. Push down on the bottom of the box to fully open it. Fold in the smaller side flaps first, then fold the larger flaps over them to create the base.
Use packing tape to seal the bottom of the box securely. Run the tape along the seam where the flaps meet, and for extra security, add an additional strip of tape across the flaps perpendicular to the first strip.
Before placing your items in the box, wrap them in protective packaging such as bubble wrap, foam, or packing paper to provide additional cushioning. This is especially important for fragile items. Place heavier items at the bottom of the box and lighter ones on top.
Place your wrapped items inside the box, ensuring they fit snugly without too much movement. If there are gaps, fill them with void fill to prevent shifting during transit.
Once your items are securely packed, close the top flaps of the box. Like the base, fold the smaller flaps in first, followed by the larger flaps. Secure the top flaps with packing tape, ensuring the box is fully sealed and the contents are protected.
Attach any necessary shipping labels or documentation to the box.
