One piece foam protection
Once constructed this white foam box completely surrounds your product with protective and cushioning foam. The simple and strong one piece construction also creates a double layer of board on the top and bottom of the foam box and a triple layer on the corners for reinforcement. Each foam box has a superior white Kraft paper exterior for extra strength.
Each
foam box will wrap your product with two layers of 25 or 35 mm foam. The foam is made from flexible, non-abrasive polyurethane to ensure your products are given the safest possible transit. These boxes have a locking flap; for extra security, double seal the boxes with one of our packaging tapes. To select the correct size of foam box add 30 mm to the dimensions of the product you need to post (length, width and height). Delivered flat-packed in a cardboard box.

Size and shape options These white foam postal boxes with locking flap start from size 200x140x60 mm and go up to 350x280x80 mm (all dimensions internal).
