Manufactured from high quality single wall corrugate with a Kraft finish for extra strength these
brown foam slider boxes contain protective polyurethane foam which, when assembled, completely wraps your product for perfect protection. Assembly of the foam slider box creates two layers of 25 mm foam, keeping your product stationary and safe in transit.
This product is ideal for all your postal needs as the
non-abrasive foam will not scratch your items and is suitable for fragile and delicate surfaces. Simple and efficient slide closure gives the box excellent protective features including creating a double layer of protective card on the top and bottom. To select the correct size of foam slider box add 30 mm to the dimensions of the product you need to post (length, width and height).

Size and shape options These brown foam postal boxes with outer slide cover start from size 180x120x50mm and go up to 525x385x80mm (all dimensions internal). To select the correct size of foam slider box add 30 mm to the dimensions of the product you need to post (length, width and height).
Weights and limits These boxes are lined with non-abrasive polyurethane foam and, when constructed, have double thickness board on top and bottom.
Materials Each box is made from puncture-resistant, single wall corrugated cardboard finished with durable Kraft paper to provide extra strength and protection.
